How to photograph your university ID card

Lay the card flat on a plain dark surface — no hand-holding.
Ensure all 4 corners are visible and the card fills at least 70% of the frame.
The following must be clearly legible: full name, university name, student number, and photo.
Use good natural or overhead lighting — avoid flash glare or shadows over the text.
No cropped, blurry, edited, or expired IDs — they will be rejected.
